The food at Mercers’ Hall has the same characteristics as the Hall itself, elegant yet classic, robust and luxurious, sourcing the finest ingredients from an array of suppliers including, in the spring, Texel lamb from Cornwall and in the autumn award winning free range bronze turkey from Appledore farm in Kent. Our approach is simple, let the produce shine through; when sourcing the finest meat, game, fish or seasonal vegetables and cheeses, let them be the star on the plate.
